Delivery / shipping

We send orders via UPS. If you wish to have your order shipped to an address other than your billing address, you can add it when ordering. 

Deliveries and dispatch to abroad:

Please note that for deliveries outside Germany, the BillSAFE-purchase on invoice is not available.

Within the EU: €9.90 delivery costs. The delivery time within EU countries is 3 to 4 working days for standard articles. For individually printed balloons after clarification of the imprint proof 11 working days.

Other foreign countries: €15.00  delivery cost. The delivery time in other foreign countries is 6 working days for standard articles, for individually printed balloons after clarification of the imprint proof 14 working days. The delivery period starts at payment in advance after placing the payment order to the remitted bank and ends on the following 5th day. If this day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or an official holiday, the next working day supersedes to it.

Within Germany: €6.90  all-in delivery costs. The delivery time in Germany is 2 to 3 working days for standard articles, for individual printed balloons after clarification of the imprint proof 7 working days. The delivery period starts at payment in advance after placing the payment order to the remitted bank and ends on the following 5th day. If this day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or an official holiday, the next working day supersedes to it.

If you order multiple articles with different delivery times, they will be sent out in one delivery, unless agreed otherwise. In such cases, the item with the longest delivery time is considered.
